Apple Cider Vinegar

Tea Tree Oil

Tea tree oil is a natural antiseptic and will reduce bad breath by disinfecting your mouth and gums. There are a two different ways you can use this oil in your mouth. You can use a few drops on your toothbrush while you brush with your regular toothpaste, or you can create your own mouthwash. To make a mouthwash with tea tree oil, mix it together with equal parts of lemon juice and peppermint oil. Rinsing with this mouth wash twice a day will keep your mouth hydrated and smelling clean and fresh.
